Helping address underinsurance
We're helping identify customers whose homes could potentially be underinsured. Working with CoreLogic, we're able to provide brokers and advisers with a rebuild estimate for their customers homes and compare it with their current sum insured. This can highlight where a review may be required and helps prevent customers being caught short in the event of a claim.

If a customer's home is insured for its replacement value, they could be eligible for extra cover at no extra cost. With rising inflation and building costs Vero SumExtra has never been more relevant.

The Cordell Calculator is an independent online tool that helps you calculate how much it might cost to rebuild your home. The calculation is based on information from a variety of third party sources and typical rebuild costs for homes with similar materials and features. Check the information is completed and accurately describes your home, it's easy to update.
