Terms and Conditions

Entry Requirements: To enter the Competition, you must have completed the Vero Broker Insurance Industry Survey. Your name and email address will be collected at completion of the Vero Broker Insurance Industry Survey. You can only enter this Competition once.

Prize: There are a total of one (1) $500 Flight Centre voucher, and one (1) $500 Air BnB voucher to be won in the Competition prize draw by 1 Vero Broker (a “Prize Winner”). One (1) Prize Winner will receive one (1) $500 Flight Centre voucher and one (1) $500 Air BnB voucher (a “Prize”). The Prize will be determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other prizes.

Prize Draw: The one (1) Prize Winner will be randomly drawn by the Promoter from the eligible entries received during the Competition Period on Wednesday 8 May 2024. The Promoter will contact the Prize Winner for the purposes of delivery of the Prize. The Prize Winner will be contacted within 14 days of the end of the Competition Period by phone and/or email to notify the winning of a Prize. If, after making reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact the winner within 14 days of phone and/or email notification, the winner will not be eligible to receive the Prize and the Prize will be redrawn on the same Terms and Conditions, until a winner is successfully contacted.

Claims and Delivery of Prize: The Prize Winner will be required to provide the Promoter with their New Zealand mailing address and email to receive the Prize. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Prize to a New Zealand address and email within a reasonable time. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the Prize or for any loss or damage to the Prize in transit.

General Conditions: This Competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and older. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions or guidelines provided by the Promoter in connection with the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, or any other instructions or guidelines provided by the Promoter. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

The Promoter is not affiliated with either Flight Centre or Air BnB.

Limitation of Liability: The Promoter will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the Prize Winner in connection with the Prize or for any other losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Competition.

Privacy: By participating in the Competition, the Prize Winner’s contact details will only be used by the Promoter for the sole purpose of contacting the Prize Winner to notify them that they have won the Prize and to deliver that Prize. By entering the Competition, the Prize Winner consents to the Promoter and their advertising agencies using the Prize Winner’s first name(s) for marketing and promotional purposes. The Promoter will collect your personal information.
