After you’ve submitted your claim:

You’ll receive an email with details to book with a repairer. Bring your vehicle in for the appointment, and the repairer will handle the rest.

Your repairer will sort the paperwork. They’ll lodge your claim directly with us so there’s one less thing to worry about.

Repair or replacement. If your windscreen needs to be repaired, there is no cost. If your windscreen needs to be replaced, you’ll need to pay an excess, unless you’ve selected the optional ‘Excess-free windscreen and window glass benefit’ in your policy.
