SiteCover Extension Request Form

We understand changes can happen during a building project. To ensure your insurance cover continues, please submit the request form to extend your policy prior to your policy expiry date.

Please note, you need to have insurance cover in place until the ‘practical completion’ of this work, in order to have cover for the Defects liability period (Maintenance Period). Refer to your policy wording for more details.
